Sinful Colors Bali Mist & NY Color Rock the Party

For these colors, I started with a single layer of my favorite black creme, Sinful Colors Black on Black. The formula is so great, if you're careful you only need one coat.
The green nails then have a single coat of Sinful Colors neat-o duochrome Bali Mist. At certain angles, the green switches to the prettiest blue.
For an accent nail, I used a coat of NY Color Rock the Party, another duochrome. This polish isn't a real obvious duochrome, but it does turn green at the right angles in the right lighting. Most of the time it has this purple cast, which is nice on its own.
All nails then have a coat of China Glaze Fairy Dust and Sally Hansen Insta-Dri top coat.

Nina Ultra Pro Electric Slide & China Glaze VIII

Sometimes nail polish combinations can really surprise you, this combo is one of those!

This is one coat of China Glaze's really dark purple creme VIII and then two coats of Nina Ultra Pro Electric Slide. Electric Slide is this crazy-awesome neon yellow/green with glitter.
Layering the neon over the dark creme really highlighted the glitter... bright specks of yellow and green, it's really pretty!

Bonus: Electric Slide dries really smooth, no top coat required!

Spoiled The Parking Meteor Expired

I apologize for the posting delay, it's been pretty busy here lately. I've still been polishing, but sometimes the pictures didn't turn out or I didn't keep the polish on for very long.

Anyhoo! This has to be one of my favorites so far, here is two easy coats of Spoiled The Parking Meteor Expired topped with a layer of China Glaze Fairy Dust and Sally Hansen Insta-Dri.
Parking Meteor has this rich dark teal glow under most light, but can also pass for black at times. I love the Fairy Dust over it, the holographic glitter really pops over the dark base and can be seen really well. It's crazy beautiful in the sun!

I'd like to dedicate this manicure to one of my very favorite artists who we recently lost, H.R. Giger.
His work has always spoken to me and this color combo really reminds me of his Alien creations... dark, sexy, and definitely not from this planet.
